Odyssey Community is CompassLearning’s online forum for teachers and students who use Odyssey. Though it operates much like traditional online forums, Odyssey Community also offers rigorous content controls and excludes social actions, such as “friending” or “ignoring,” in order to present a supportive learning environment. Odyssey Community enables educators to guide interaction and focus discussion on classroom topics, as well as maintain comprehensive security and privacy measures, so that Odyssey Community truly is a safe place for productive educational exchange.
