CompassLearning Impact Teacher Academy™ is more than just professional development. It is an engaging blend of workshops, leadership planning, real-world instructional coaching, and always-on technology that make a positive and sustainable impact on student achievement. It was developed in response to what school and district administrators and teachers told us they want in a professional learning environment: engaging, relevant, timely, flexible programs that deliver measurable results.
Our team is made up of educators with extensive classroom experience and a strong understanding of instructional best practices. We continually strive to build instructional capacity in educators who use Odyssey.
A measurable Impact
A mainstay of Impact Teacher Academy is regular, ongoing monitoring of Odyssey utilization and student-performance results. Key decision makers receive monthly reports compiled from data to help ensure minimal deviation from the implementation plan. The reports help education leaders develop improvement plans and influence ongoing recommendations.
Flexible delivery
Because flexibility in delivery is crucial to highly scheduled teachers and administrators, we offer both virtual and in-person services, as well as a combination of both. In person or online, we help participants delve deeply into specialized topics that help optimize Odyssey for both educators and students.
